Blast Freezer is a Cold Room with low temperature inside usually at -38°C to 40°C. It has more powerful refrigeration unit and some special requirements. 1.Product to be frozen: Whole and filleted fish and fresh meat, and others needed low temperature to freeze. 2.Dimension: usually blast freezer is not very big, and It can be deigned according to you requirement. 3.Final Production Temperature: about -26°C 4.Frozen Time depends on the production inside and customer requirement 5.PU panel compose the cold room construction, usually 180mm thickness for walls and ceilings, and 200mm for floor. Usually we put production in trolleys and freeze inside freezer, a layer of concrete or galvanized steel is put on the floor to reinforce the ground. 6.PU panel is covered with painted 0.5mm galvanized steel or stainless steel if you need food grade setting. PU panel density is 42 to 45kg/m3 7.Door can be Swing door(smaller) or Sliding Door(bigger).
